The latest cover proof has been approved. This pushes the completion right on down the road. In case it's difficult to read, the back cover reads:
Paul Watanabe grew up in a world at peace for over eight hundred years. There was one world government, one world king, the Lord Emmanuel. Lord Emmanuel was proclaimed God. He had a race of immortal beings to back Him up. People were free as long as they submitted to His rule. Those who opposed Him were dealt with in rapid order, and very few people opposed Him; after all, everyone had work and a place to live. No one went hungry. Surely this was paradise. Wasn’t it?
Ervin Sims is a native of the Carolina piedmont and lives in Belmont North Carolina. While serving in the US Army he met his bride of forty years in Germany. They have one daughter. He has a Masters Degree from the University of North Carolina Charlotte and currently teaches history at Gaston College and Lee University. Ervin is an active member of the North Belmont Church of God. He enjoys reading books on history, science fiction, and theology.
